Monitor Active Users on the site

One of the most important measures of a site is the number of active users.

Monitoring these numbers will help you understand the volume of traffic that your site is getting and ensure that your subscription is covering the capacity that you need.

To monitor the active users on your site, visit the Reporting and analytics section of the My site page in the edunext control center.

Note

Remember that a user is counted as active for a particular month when they login to the platform and access the interior or one of the courses during that particular month.

The edunext control center will include one section to monitor the number of active users. It will provide 3 numbers, the number of active users in the current day, in the last 7 days, and the last month.
